Our story
B St Bagel Bistro sits on a quiet stretch of B Street in Hampton, and if you've driven past on your way to the beach, you've probably caught the smell. That's the point. We make bagels the way they're supposed to be made — boiled, then baked, then served warm.
We don't do frozen, we don't do bulk, and we don't do shortcuts. Every bagel goes through the same process, every morning, before the doors open. That's why the line sometimes forms. That's also why people come back.
